Across the Brooke Harrison Team we have a combined 30 years of financial services and recruitment experience. With this comes experience in sourcing, attraction, talent management and selection methodologies.

The team have extensive knowledge in Lending, Banking, Insurance, HR, Payroll and Debt Management.

We have worked within secured lending previously to working in recruitment. This allows us to understand the roles from an insider view. This is integral when working on some of the more technical roles. It means we are able to explain these roles to potential candidates in as much detail as possible and allow us to filter the best candidates for the business.
